Confessions of a New Realtor's Better half.

Firstly, Im an estate Professional and the systems I am going to share should be exploited by people who know what theyre doing when it comes to troubled properties.

Also , while there could be some Realtors generating a solid quantity of leads online, pretty much all of them are losing out on some heavy profits that may be manufactured by making a straightforward adjustment to their short sale advertising efforts. And since my hubby turned into a Realtor, weve heard that very same clich continually. Folk think you earn lots of cash for organizing the sale of property between 2 folks. ( Common reply when you take on the career at age fifty or older. I spent several weeks preparing it for viewing by cleaning out closets, having rummage sales, and packing away stuff. See, most of the people who want loan alteration, debt settlement & credit fixing are also applicants for short sales.

By aiming at the complete troubled community rather then just house owners in pre-foreclosure, I create leads from the whole pie ( since most of the people who require loan alterations or credit correction are doubtless living in the other way up properties ).
